Growing up, I was never athletic—and honestly, I hated exercising. But in 2017, I discovered pole dancing while searching for a type of fitness I could truly enjoy, and it completely transformed my life. What started as curiosity became a journey of building confidence, strength, and flexibility. Over the years, I’ve trained with elite coaches including multi-time U.S. Pole National Champion Ashley Fox and world-class pole artist Inyoung Cho, while also exploring circus arts such as contortion and hand balancing. My goal is to share that knowledge through approachable, structured, and empowering training—helping you build strength, confidence, and artistry at your own pace.
